Highlighted in the conference will be Oregon’s historic approach to successfully overcoming the barriers that have limited Oregon’s tribal law enforcement authority.  This conference will feature experts representing tribal and non-tribal law enforcement, legal services, policy makers, tribal council, and elected representatives. All public safety stakeholders both tribal and non-tribal are encouraged to attend.
